Hey Pine-Richland football fans!
Last night the Rams hosted the Bethel Park Blackhawks in an intense football match that would pencil two of the top teams against each other in the new realigned WPIAL 6A. The Rams would go down early 14-0. A rare moment for them and they battled back proving they could handle it. They would continue to battle and would still be behind 21-14 by the end of the half. They would come out firing in the second half and score right away to make this closer and a tie game 21-21. The game would go back and forth as Bethel Park would try to keep the Rams tough offense off the field. Time would tick down and with only 20 seconds left the Rams would punch one final touchdown into the end zone for the lead and the final score of 31-24! A big win for the Rams who now head to Highmark Stadium to battle Central Catholic Vikings! Please enjoy the highlights from last night as the boys prepare for their next contest.
