Hey Shady Side Academy Lacrosse Fans!
Yesterday the Indians hosted out of town St. Ignatius from Cleveland Ohio and what an epic game this one was! St. Ignatius is a very tough program who previously defeated Sewickley Academy Black Panthers the day before and were on fire for this one. They came out of the gate on this one and were up 2-6 by half time. This take didn’t look good by half but the Indians proved their worth and battled back. Goal after goal the clawed their way back into the mix and with only seconds left in the game they found a way to take an 8-7 lead!! They scored goal after goal and the 2014 defending WPIAL Champions are on their way this season and on track to take on the toughest teams out there. Saturday proved that and I wanted to show you all their highlights. Please take a look.
