Hey Pine-Richland Rams Lacrosse Fans!
Today the Pine-Richland Rams hosted two out of town teams in JV and Varsity action on a day that was just a bit out of the normal for April weather. The snow coated the turf and the wind made it for some rough conditions today as Nichols School Vikings came to town to battle the Junior Varsity and Varsity squads. The JV hit the field of white snow and went to work scoring 3 straight unanswered goals to set the tone for the entire game. The final score ended with a 6-1 finish and a big win for the Rams! The snow subsided for the Varsity squad’s game as they went to work around 1:15pm. The Vikings would draw first blood in this one scoring early on and from there the Rams went on the attack and scored 8 straight unanswered goals. This offensive combo in the first half would help them hold a lead until the games end with a final score of 9-6! Another great win for this promising squad! Check out the highlights below:
